Ok you forgot to weigh in yesterday and didn't do bad with portion except for dinner our of control with the rice! 3 bowls not good! Focus Chita your life depends on it.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
