I managed to get to 180. And although there were instances where I've eaten pretty badly this last week (awesome FREE catered dinner at the convention I went to... sorry no diet can make me pass up everything they had to offer), and a friend offering to take me out to dinner and pay (though I took half home to save on the calories), I still managed to stay right around 180 or so. :)
I'll need to work extra hard to hit 170. The first 10 lbs seemed to come off pretty fast. But I'm doubting the rest will be as easy.
