Going up WTF? I have been working outside all weekend! Built our second deck, helped tye re-bar for the cement for the garage floor, painted a farm water tank. I have been eating lots of protein, fruit and veggies, drinking lots of water.
We didn't eat very much into yesterday afternoon then went out and ate late around 10:30. Had a few drinks. Could it be that I cannot drink ANY alcohol at all? I mean I only drink on occassion and tend to enjoy it more in the summer months - every time I see a huge gain and feel bloated for days after! This is getting frustrating to say the least. My clothes still fit the same and I feel I look the same I just am heavier!!

Today we are going to move dirt around the yard, finish bracing to prep for the cement and then get the floor put down on the deck. MAYBE go for a boat ride as the lake is looking spectacular today - like a sheet of glass so far!

156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of carbs and calories in alcohol, but if you've been working hard, you might also be putting on some muscle mass, since muscle is heavier than fat. Possibly a mix of the two, so it's best to be assiduous with the food tracker to know exactly where your calorie intake is.
