The last two weeks have been a bit of a struggle. Partially because of hormones and partially because of a lack of planning. I did go on a bike ride last weekend, and while it was tiring and there were times of pain, it was also really fun.

This Sunday I'm going to get back to doing my shopping and cooking stuff for lunches/snacks. I need to get some veggies like broccoli and cauliflower that I can add to salads during the week.

Interestingly my blood sugar has been in the teens in the morning instead of the 20's or 30's. I'm not sure why, but I'll take it.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
