The headaches I'm getting from the sugar withdrawal is too much. Got worse when Aunty-Flo visited. I just want slap chips. The cravings are bad.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Up salt and drink lots of water. Mine was almost a 13day of utter punishment. Just don't give in.
