I have now concluded that my body wants to be at a lower weight than I was aiming for, I cannot physically eat anymore than what I am eating now to maintain my weight at 75kg. I will now see what weight my body settles at on my current diet.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
