Can't beleive I gained overnight. Today doing a full body cleanse! Then being strict on what I eat. I am a survivor of childhood cancer. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, so was to lose to 110lb and try to maintain. I am now fifty and 182lb. I lost my thyroid when I was twenty eight, due to past radiation and chemotherapy. I do take hormones. My weight is like a roller coaster. Any good suggestions?
