It's been tough eating snacks in between my meals to keep my metabolism up. Even though i feel full to snack, i still eat it. I started this plan on Tuesday and today is Sunday - 6 days. I've lost over 4 pounds, almost a pound a day. Amazin.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
