I am glad I have not gained much. Had a hectic 3 months. Could not stop myself eating all the starchy foods. It was such an emotional rush as I moved from JHB to Limpopo. I feel settled now. Have joined a running club and cant wait get my feet again.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its not easy. You need to remind yourself how far you've come.
