OK. July 4th. Weight is the same as last week. I’m not reading much into it. I did pretty well this week with eating and exercise. I started weighing myself every morning. I subtract my highest high for the week from my highest high from the previous week, and I do the same for my lowest lows. I figure that will give a better indication of how I’m doing. With that calculation, I’m down somewhere between 1.6 to 3 lbs. Going the right direction.
291.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like your suggestion for measuring loss. I'm a bit obsessive about weighing everyday. I have a zero I'm wanting to see.

I weigh everyday too. Something about it gives me a better idea of where I’m at.

I like your idea of averaging your weight. That's something I never considered befire. I makes sense!
