Feeling great today - Love my one meal a day which in Keto - last night I had smoked mackarel, spinach salad with fresh herbs, bacon, ranch dressing, eggs - delicious
204.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I do this, just one big supper and I love it, funnily enough I have more energy than if I eat two or three times a day. Weird little trout that I am.

Feeling like you have lots of energy during Ketosis is quite a common positive trait, along with good moods and better mental concentration levels. You'll usually find that fat becomes the main fuel source when you're in a ketogenic state. You'll have lower levels of insulin, so thats good; As increased levels of unsulin in your body contribute to you feeling sluggish and lethargic. So yes, keto diets are great. Good work, keep it up.

I've learned something new today, I'm following a keto diet - all along I thought I was just eating less! Makes me feel part of the club now.
