This is a fluke due to retention of... food and water. Bleh.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I couldn't stand the red words at the top saying "Weigh in Now!" and when I try to change it now, it tells me my e-mail is invalid... well. Anyway. I am still having the same issues as yesterday. Can't get rid of anything. Gross, I know sorry, lol. But I'm only human.

Haha! I'm getting pretty good at ignoring those red letters! It's been 15 days for me. I need to make myself get on the scale tomorrow - Friday at the latest. I know it's not going to be pretty : ) Funny...I give you all sorts of advice on your problem and now I seem to have the same thing! Compassion constipation?? : ) You know, I just looked at your chart and you're not even up ONE pound! Man, I can put that on in a day. Hope you're still not sweating it. So, how are things going in your life? Are you still bored, waiting for something to do? I know you were talking about taking a catfish fishing trip with some head catfish guy...is it a plan or a dream? Not that having a dream is bad (again, if you can't visualize it, you can't make it happen, right?), just didn't know if you and your boyfriend had a plan to set aside money every week or whatever in order to be able to afford to go. My husband and I were talking about how much fun we had this past camping trip - he kept referring to it as a "vacation" : ) We realized it only really cost us gas, so it was a really cheap way to spend a few great days. If he can get the time off, we're going back weekend after this. He needs to work on my Jimmy this weekend, something with the front end. It's such a girly SUV, but I have such good memories attached to this old POS : ) I'm just ramblin'...you take care, okay? And drink water : ) (I'm going to go grab another bottle)

Well D actually, that might be on hold. There's a possibility that I just found a house to buy. Needs A LOT of work, but it's on 3 acres out in the country... The rooms are a little small, but the house is pretty nice. If that happens, my money is going towards that - and not the catfish guy. I think we might end up going in the fall if we do go, it all depends, lol. But yes, just a dream right now - no solid plans. --------------------------------------------- I love trips where you can get away for "cheap"! That's the best. I hope you guys get to go again soon! Today I'm taking a day off working out, I think last night I was REALLY focusing on working the muscles (not just making the movements, which I can't lie, sometimes I do), and I think I pulled something in my back on the left side. Every time I take a deep breath or move I can feel it, so I'll give it a day to recover. Plus, I guess by the time I finished my workout yesterday it was after midnight, so my Wii counted it as today (Weds) not yesterday. Ah well. It's not so bad to rest huh? I haven't hardly done anything today though, very very low calorie burn. :( And I'm drinkin water right now! I promise! *gulp gulp gulp* I hope things get -moving- for both of us soon! :D

Oohhhh...a house to buy! On three acres! That sounds SO nice! And if there are enough rooms, you can knock down some walls : ) No, no problem taking a day off now and then. I really think there's something to making your body not know what to expect from one day to the next. I hope your back feels better soon. I have a weird pain, too. In a ... delicate? area. I think it's from straight legged dead lifts - the move Jillian says is the best for giving the booty some lift where it meets the thigh. And Lord knows I could use some LIFT! lol Ah, hell. I may as well face it, my body is falling apart! I wear a knee brace on each knee every time I work out and hike. Things are losing to gravity, but whatever. Guess it's just great to be alive and to actually CARE what I look like! : ) Glad I just checked up on you - you just reminded ME to drink some water! : )
