should have waited ti weigh in until after I took my water pill lol. I've been to the bathroom like 3 times since my first weigb in. oh well lesson learned.
297.4 lb Lost so far: 49.1 lb.    Still to go: 97.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
