Eating a kito breakfast lol
Just Genoa salami and headed out for a walk.
So pleased with myself this week. :) -5 pounds 55 to go ^.^
235.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
