I'm still a little concerned about re-injuring my arm, so I rode the elliptical last night. I'm anxious to get back to my weights, but I just don't want to really hurt myself. My arm is still a little stiff and sore. My weight is down some today. Maybe I'll try a little Insanity tonight.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
