Ok, 600 was too low, wound up really hungry around 1am, bumped myself up a couple hundred calories into the 800s. Just try to stay in the 800-1k calorie range I guess, no hunger there.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
