You might have noticed my weight drop drastically in one day. The reality is that when I joined this site earlier in the day I was guessing my weight to be 160 lbs.

Incredibly, I just received my brand new weighing scale and my official weight is actually pretty close...158 lbs.

My body fat is 38% so I will try and journal that as well.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
