Two people commented in the last 24 hours, "have you been loosing weight?" Love it when it finally starts showing!!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1999 kcal Fat: 51.43g | Prot: 76.12g | Carb: 257.24g.   Breakfast: roasted potatoe, Light String Cheese, brown beans. Lunch: Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, 6" Club. Dinner: Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips (3 Pieces), Frozen Strawberry Lemonade (Small). Snacks/Other: Zinfandel Wine, Triscuit Fire Roasted Tomato Crackers. more...

Looking at Dan's food from the last few days I have to cut back on the fat intake though for his calories, the pie will have to show MORE carbs for him. Should not have more than 75g of fat a day, and yesterday he had like 90!!! So all the hard work yesterday did not pay off for him and he was a little disappointed at no weight loss this morning. :(

ya but I guess with men they need more carbs and proteins than women....pie is still pretty much the same but I gotta watch dem fats
