Well the scales have punished me. (What did I expect)
To be fair they have only told the truth after this weeks intake.
I have 'Strayed from the path of righteousness' to be fair.
Friday to Sunday consisted of...
A lrg Pizza Hut Chicken Supreme,
BBQ1 Burgers & Sausages,
BBQ2 Steak & Veggies,
8 cans of Cyder,
1 bottle of Tequila.

1/2 a stone heavier!

Still back on the horse now, honest.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
