I know it’s only a small loss but it’s the lowest I’ve weighed this whole year 🎉 I’m so happy and so motivated to push on 😊 after a week long plateau it is so nice to finally see a change. Having a weight plateau can make you so down, so happy to finally break out of it.
158.1 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
