I think it's time to stop finding excuses and do this. It's not supposed to be easy and I need to just figure it out and actually try my best. I'm not always going to stay on track, some days will be harder than others, but don't continue that path, if I fall off, get right back to it the next day and try again.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
