Starting to steer back on track. Next week will be my first week back to my normal work and home schedule since the first week of April, which will add back 4-5 days a week of bicycling to work and put me back to a more normal shopping-cooking-eating rhythm.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
