We have an "abandoned" outlet mall that is huuuuge. There are still about 10 stores. There's a church in the old Books a Million. There's an ice rink which is the practice ice for the St Louis Blues. My exercise of choice has always been walking. I'm doing 45 minutes snd I listen to tge BBC and e books so I'm not bored. It has been. hellacious here with high temps and humidity since mid May, so having an air conditioned place is wonderful. And my cooldown is really cool, watching our Blues on the ice.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
