It's time for a break, but being conscious of my carb intake. I do that every so often...I get sick of the LA Lites. Easter is coming up and I am going to have to be really careful with this brunch I'm going to after church. They've got monster desserts. It is my goal to go back to Atkins for a while to break this new plateau. Sighhhhhhh!!! That starts on Monday!
156.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't do the Lites, but I surely would struggle if I did. Anything sweet, I have a hard time staying away from. I am however going to enjoy a few items at our church breakfast and not going to sweat it, just going to make wiser choices, cake versus sausage bisquits etc.....fruit rather than cheese .....Do they allow you to do Atkins while you are on the program? I am going to do take off this Friday and also going to do their 5 week slimdown, which includes 5 meal replacement shakes a week. It is worth a try for me as my weightloss is so slow right now. Hate to pay them more money but will try to see if it works better. My body needs a change bad to get things hopping and what a better time than Easter to start.......LOL

I do the Atkins because it's like the cleanse...you know where you eat only proteins and vegetables. Instead of the Take-Off, I use three slices of cantaloupe. One of the counselors told me that one. Anyway, I am still slow to get back on the wagon. Just don't feel the best. Whenever I'm like that, I have no desire to diet. SIGH!!!
