Lost 5 more pounds. Total weight loss = 28lbs YAY!!! MY FatSecret Bar Turned Yellowish Orange!!!!!!
287.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
