I say poorly because I feel that I am not getting the right kinds of nutritious foods. I sought out more protein but still feel that I am not getting enough. Also I have been getting pretty hungry mainly because I am going longer between meals I think. Some days calories are still over, a couple days I didn't track well but still didn't eat like the old days. I hiked to the summit of Mt. Eddy, seemed to have a loss of about 5 lbs. but I figure it was water weight, even though I hydrated well. Even the following day My weight was down. I don't know, but over the week it crept back up to reflect no weight loss for the week.
