Yeah...more weight loss!! It was PMS this week and I normally gain 5 or more pounds. Of course it usually goes away afterwards but I didn't gain any of that 5 pounds. Makes me wonder??? I also went to the gym several times and I really need to start measuring myself weekly. So much to do, so little time. Happy day for more weight loss!! :)
225.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week

It's just a miracle...that's all I can say. Really though, being on Weight Watchers has been a HUGE wake up call. I can't believe how horribly I ate before. I think my body is still in shock from so much less sugar and fat. Gum has become my new best friend because the sugar cravings can be horrible. I'm also adjusting to not feeling full - you know, that stuffed feeling. It's a good thing the scale keeps going down because if it didn't, I may have already given up. Happy day...that's all I can say! :)

good for you. you are doing a good job. i know when its that time of the month i gain anywhere from .2 to 1lb. but loose it then next week.yes being on ww is great i also couldnt believe what i was eating before. i still have some things that really arent that healthy but not like i used to. they tell you that you shouldnt deprive your self of anything cause if you do you will only eat more of it when you do. focus,trackeverything,drink pleanty of water,exercise, you will make it. you have a happy day
