Exciting to see. Looks like exercise can make a difference. LOL. How sad most malls have closed. It is so hot and humid. And for those that haven't experienced it -- it IS the humidity.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
