Whoefoolnut, I'd love to email, but don't know how. There's lots of things I don't understand about how FS works. I do eat lots of dark green vegetables, but want to learn more. I wish FS would show complex and simple carbs. I know the majority of my carbs are simple.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
