I guess remodeling burns alot of calories. I lost more weight today. Not only have I been moving, but I haven't been snacking as much because I have been busy. We finished the moulding in the kitchen last night and Pam is putting the last touches on the copper wall behind the sink. I think we're done for now. Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning tonight! It will be like taking a rest after the last few days.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 72.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
