I keep sticking to my diet; but as usual, the pounds go up and down and up again. I'm not giving up this time though. My knee is healed and that means I can start walking again. I did not walk today as I woke up with the room spinning. BP was fine; blood sugar normal...don't know what caused it. Lasted about 1/2 hour then I was fine. We'll see if it happens again.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
