BMI: -0,5
Vet%: -1,5%
Vet massa: -1,4 kg
Vetvrije massa/lichaamsvocht: +0,2 kg (dus het dagelijks 3L drinken ipv 1,5L levert maar 200g op Haha.
Blij mee ☺️
165.3 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
