I missed a week. Last week was a step back... too busy, two parties. I finally had to put my foot down with the husband. All whole foods, no more eating out. It worked... thank goodness. Also had to change my routine around to incorporate the exercise... UGH. Last week I did 5 min on the elliptical every day. This week I'm doing 10. (Plus stretches and other exercises from PT). Does it get any better? Legs are still jelly by the time my 10 minutes are up. ...and tomorrow is my step-up day.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
