Que haz echo para bajar de peso en poco tiempo, alguna recomendación? Gracias

Bueno dia me espanol es un poco malo pero voy a tratar de esplicar lo mas possible. Para mi los mas importante es que hay que tener un plan y will power de no tratar de comer comida que sea junk food y contiene mucho carbs. Segundo deje todas las sodas,jugo,cervesas el azucar es un malo amigo cuando tu querres bajar de peso. Impiensa de tomar agua y si te gusta tomar mucho soda trata seltzer water de sobores pero que no tenga azucar artificiar. Portion control tu comida y tratar de no comer mucho arroz. Tambien trata de mantenerte activo en el gynasio por lo meno 3 veses la semana por uno hora por lo meno. Yo veo que tu esta comiendo saludable y eso es un +. El idea es que tu defrutar lo que tu quere llegar. Nunca pierda el hope en revajando. Estoy es algo que cohe tiempo pero cuando tu dedicar tiempo tu var ves resultos. Also tratar no comer muy tarde yo por lo meno dejo el unltimo Plato de comida a la 8pm yo no como despues de hayi y trato de durmir lo maximo 6 horas y para el gym de Nuevo. Espero que Estoy te ayude un poco y buena suerte el tu revajo. Qual que cosa me puedes preguntar y trato de responderte lo mejor que puedo.

Thanks a lot for your helpful Hints! I usually eat healthy since 5 yrs ago, no sodas, no junk food but I gained 10 pounds( maybe the age) and I am desperate to get those 10 down!!! I am active but I thought if i reduce my carbs and calories will be a big difference to get me back to my weight! Which is the adequate grams of carbs( daily).? I’m eating 900 calories daily since1 week and I don’t see any change:(... And we can communicate in English pero yo soy boricua pa’ que tu lo sepas! Gracias mil👌🏼

Weeeppppaaaa!!! Well you should try a fasting diet see if that works out for you sometimes what works for me when I platoe. I like to trick the body with doing something different. Whether it a be excersize or dieting. I’m not a certified nutritionist but I found it that this works very well for me where as I’ve dropped a significant amount of weight. I’m 32 and feel like it’s getting harder for me to even drop 1/2 a pound but focus and determination is key. Keep in mind also that these things take time but see what works for you. You have to find something that is in your comfort zone. I enjoy my workouts and meal plans that I conjour up every time and it’s like once you have that mindset you’ll enjoy this lifestyle as apposed to making it a routine you end up overwhelmed with. Everyone is different and somethings work well for others and some don’t.
