grasa 23%, comence 2 dias pesaa total body luego hablar con Estela y correr 5km y 2 millas. velar nutricion mas salad y menos postre, tengo bajar pan y fritos como nachos, etc. y postre seguir bajando y mas frutas snack. preparando ir a PR. Agua 56.2% y masa magra 72.lb
193.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
