새벽 4시에 종아리 쥐가 나서 잠이 깨 체중을 쟀는데, 어제보다 증량된거 보고 살짝 실망. 다시 잠들어 늦잠을 자고 체중을 쟀는데 어제보다 감량. 수면의 중요성을 느낌ㅋㅋㅋ
