My weight is going back down again. I didn't get to do any of my tradional workouts this weekend, but I kept busy with chores. I think that helped. This is my "off" week, but I plan to do Insanity mostly.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
