Started walking every morning between 5:45 AM til 6:30AM. I have a very full work schedule so this is the only time that works. I'm satisfied. It's all good!!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
