I’m feeling crap. Have been off the wall for about a month and I can see it and feel it. Only 102 days to go until the wedding so I need to get back on the right track.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
