Okay this is just not going to work to go back and record what I have missed. Just put it this way: I started at 406. I hit my first goal when I lost 50 pounds (356)6/1/12. I got to move the bar from 350 to 300 which was totally huge for me when I got to 350. I am now at 344. I was able to put on my shoes. I can put my clothes on faster. I took off my extenders to my bras. Yesterday I took a bag of trash to the dumpster and walked back to the door without collapsing. My knees hurt real bad, I use absorbine jr.
