So, today I started going to the gym 7 days for an hour. I go Monday – Friday after I take Brian to work. Then the weekend I go after I get up.
I am going to stick to this.
I weigh in at 382.
382.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 232.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 21.3 lb a week
