day 3 of my water fasting feel really tried trying to motivate myself to do something to get my energy level up instead of just laying around maybe try to go into work for 5 hours not feeling I'm hungry so I guess that a good thing
155.9 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
