Although I haven’t religiously tracked my calories and sometimes have gone off track, this is nice progress to see in a week (0.6kg = 1.3lbs).
148.6 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
