Just found out yesterday that I have cancer and need major surgery to remove a kidney. Guess I REALLY need to get serious about losing as much weight as possible before the surgery to make it easier. This was an incidental finding due to the workup I was having for bariatric surgery, now that won't happen. But it was caught fairly early so it looks good!
