I need to cut my calories more to much dark choclate

This helped me for long time to get rid off my sweet issue. You are still eating sweet but kind of healthy. If you like sweets and peanut butter you are going to love this. Is my favorite sweet thing, I'm obsessed!! Almond milk Crunchy peanut butter Cinnamon (just a sprinkle) Oatmeal Mix all that in a jar and let it rest in the fridge at night. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 BEST THING EVER!!!!!! note: milk has to cover oatmeal
