I'm starting to learn more about myself and what causes my depression and emotional eating, I starting doing things that I like, so now I don't think about food all the time
I got my protein and carbohydrates intake balanced plus 2 tsp of healthy fat.. and I'm doing a bit of dancing everyday it's fun and I don't ever do any exercise that I'm not comfortable with..
I'm loving my life and being socially active and at the same time loosing weight =D
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 29.3 lb a week

I totally experienced the same thing once I upped my protein and fats and downed my carb intake. No more mood swings. Congrats to you! :-) Jothika
