Time to move on to the next stage ,which are : BW=75( namely BMI =23.9 ) BF =20% MUSCLE =42% ( I think it would be the most difficult part because of my back problems and I don't go to gym.) 是進入到下一個目標的時候了: 體重=75kg 體脂肪=20% 肌肉=42% 肌肉比例的提升可能是最難達成的目標。因為目前都是徒手重訓再加上原有的背痛。 讓我對自己(+@gu00 )說一聲: 加油,好嗎!
