I didn't really exercise terribly much this week, I just didn't eat very much either. This coming week I need to do both so I can actually lose a decent amount of weight. But at least I lost something!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
