Weighed myself first thing in the morning after a long nights sleep instead of randomly throughout the day. Will continue to weigh in when i first wake up.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My daughter is a nurse and says the bes time to weigh is right after you get up and pee in the mornings, as close to the same time every day as possible. I usually get the first thing when I wake up part but sometimes is random WHEN I get up.
