I started jogging again. Trying to take it slow this time, so I don't burn myself out. I run for about 2 mins and walk one...I've been able to keep this up for 20 mins. Also every morning I go for a walk with my kids...not the best workout because they like to stop and look at everything and climb rocks ect :) but it's better than being inside and gets them out.
mini goal to get to 231 by the end of the month...then I'll be down 30 lbs
238.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
