I started jogging again. Trying to take it slow this time, so I don't burn myself out. I run for about 2 mins and walk one...I've been able to keep this up for 20 mins. Also every morning I go for a walk with my kids...not the best workout because they like to stop and look at everything and climb rocks ect :) but it's better than being inside and gets them out. mini goal to get to 231 by the end of the month...then I'll be down 30 lbs
